Enrolment and study information

You can sign up and start studying straight away by booking onto your course on our website. Simply select your course page and then follow then options to book onto your preferred method of study.

You can then choose to pay immediately or with one of our payment plans. If you choose a payment plan there will be no payment taken at sign up.

If you would like to chat to us first though then we would love to hear from you, you can contact us by filling in a contact form on our website, you can chat to us on Live Chat on our website, directly by email or by phone.

We can arrange a call or an appointment at a time that suits you, we will spend time with you to answer any questions you may have on our course options.

The minimum age to obtain any of our qualifications is 16 years old. You can start studying before this, however you must be 16 years old upon qualification.

Yes, you can start studying straight away at home with our online study option. When you sign up to any of our courses you will receive your welcome pack and E-Learning Instructions immediately by email.

Recorded Lectures & E-Learning
You will have uncapped access to our extensive learning materials for each qualification. This includes emanuals and recorded webinars, different learning styles to suit everyone!

Tutor Support
You have daily expert tutor support available. We guarantee your assigned expert tutor will get back to you within 24 hours!

Online Assessments
All coursework is available online and you can be fully assessed online! Our assessors can check your progress and ensure that you are on track including a session plan for your practical assessment which can also be done online.

Ongoing Support
We give you unlimited support every step of your journey. We arrange job interviews and incorporate Business Skills workshops into our courses so our students are ready to pursue a successful career. We are continuing our Business Skills and Careers Day with interactive online sessions!

PAYING FOR YOUR COURSE

Yes, you can pay your course in 1 single payment. We accept all payment methods. We have an immediate payment offer on all courses. Additionally, we have now introduced Klarna and Paypal Finance to our payment options. You can use both options and split the cost with no fees.

We offer all our students the opportunity to pay for their chosen course with manageable, affordable monthly instalments at 0% finance. The finance calculator on our sites provides you the opportunity to tailor your repayment to your terms. You can spread the cost of some of our courses as far as over over 18 months and you incur no extra costs.

If you choose a monthly payment option no immediate payment will be taken on sign up and in some instances depending on what payment date you select the first payment can be delayed as far as 1 month from sign up.

At the moment we have some offers available on our course options, the finance calculator is updated to reflect our new offer prices.

You can, if you wish to settle your balance early by making additional payments at any time. There is no extra charge for an earlier repayment.

Time Frames

On average it takes around 12 weeks to complete a fully accredited PT Course however it can be as quick as 6-8 weeks if you can dedicate more time to it such as a career break or a longer holiday. All of our PT courses have complete flexibility; the time frame is entirely flexible to suit you — every student is different. Our uncapped tutor support never runs out when you study with us at Think fit LDN . We will adapt to your needs and your pace.

Qualifications – Awarding Body and Endorsement

An educational charity and awarding body that is regulated by Ofqual, the UK’s statutory regulator for qualifications. NCFE qualifications are recognized by regulatory bodies across the UK, including Ofqual, Qualification Wales, and the CCEA.

CIMSPA are the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.They are the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, providing leadership, support and empowerment for professionals working in the sector.

The institute’s vision is: “To develop a vibrant, UK-wide sport and physical activity sector, led by professionals providing advocacy and leadership and working in partnership with stakeholders to help ensure the highest standards of service delivery”.

All of our qualifications are CIMSPA recognised and endorsed which means you will have full access to obtaining a CIMSPA membership.

Yes, all of our NCFE Qualifications are recognised and endorsed by CIMSPA. In its recent sports strategy document, the government tasked CIMSPA to lead on increasing the professionalisation of our sector’s workforce. To help achieve this goal, CIMSPA is introducing a policy which will require most members to complete a defined amount of CPD per membership subscription year, at a level relevant to their membership category.Sport and physical activity professionals should keep their skills and knowledge up to date, as well as extending their skill set wherever possible. Continuous professional development (CPD) is the practice of undertaking additional learning through courses, workshops or conferences or taking part in other activities which confirm that their knowledge, understanding and skills are suitable for their role in our sector.

Exams and Certification

Don’t worry, you will be given feedback and be told what assessment criteria you have met and what you need to tweak if you have not met the assessment criteria in full. Re-submissions are included in the course price and you will not be charged extra.

Yes, hopefully you won’t need to but should you need to re- do the practical element of the course you will be given specific feedback on how to improve and this can be re-done in person or as a filmed element to submit. Again this is free of charge

Upon successful completion of your course THINK FIT LDN can issue you with a ‘letter of achievement’ at your request if the course hasn’t been paid for in full whilst waiting for your certificate to arrive
This letter will confirm your course achievement and enable you to immediately apply for work.
