The course is broken down into 2 main components
Principles of Suspended training planning and instruction
Skills and knowledge of suspended training sessions effectively

By integrating specially designed straps into your workout, we aim to teach you how to build strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability all at once. Suspended Strap Training is a form of resistance training that utilises straps, ropes, resistance bands, and suspension trainers.

Additionally, it provides progression to Level 3 qualifications in Personal Training, for those who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills, enabling them to work as personal trainers with both specialist and general populations using various and accessible techniques.

Requirements

A suitable Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification e.g. Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing • Some experience of circuit training is useful
